Yesterday I made my first crochet snowflake it was also my first time using crochet cotton and using my steel crochet hooks so alot of first's for me. I have had a fear for year useing thread and cotton yarn for years but after useing it I do not know why it feared me so it was really easy to use.
And here it is after starching.
You can not tell in this photo but the mat I used for starching the colour came out onto the snowflake but dose not matter. I have alot more to make before Christmas. This is the only white Chistmas I'll have since in Australia it will be summer.
