My Goddaughter and I went to the zoo today and best of all while she slept I got some crochet done at the same time but blogger will not let me upload my photos so stay tuned.

Been busy

Sorry there has not been any blogs I have been really busy looking after my 2 year old goddaughter while her mum is in hospital for her last few weeks of her pregnacy. I just been really hard to get a hook in my hand and it is killing me that I can not crochet like I normally do. so I'll be back soon.

sad sad sad day

Today I lost my favorite 2.75mm susan bates crochet hook. I got the hook set when I was in the U.S when I was like 16. I went to buy new one online and counting postage it was going to cost me over $25 bucks so looks like I'll just have to find a new type of hook which works well with my amigurmi. I just so sad susan bates hooks dose not sell in Australia.

Yarn Bombing

Today I was in the city when I came across this.

It's called yarn bombing I like it but I'll never do it I love my yarn to much to do that but thought I'll show you all because you don't see this everyday.

C is for cookie

Today my partner told me he wants me to make him some cookies. I asked what type would you like he said a giant one so i did.

Also today I finished another scrapy yarn cat blanket from all the yarn tails over my many years of crocheting.

Birthday part 2

I just got home from shopping to find balloons in my back yard from my mum and step father and the crazy thing is they sing happy birthday.

Sunday is my 26th birthday and today I have had gift coming out of my ears so I thought I'll share with you all what I have got. So far I have been very spoiled.

Crochet book I can not wait to start some new projects.

last wii game and $50 bucks from my grandparents I told them 6 years ago they can stop send me money but my grandad always finds away to sneak it into the card don't think grandparents take no for answer.

Is It Just Me

I don't know if it me or not so I am asking the qustion. Today had to buy a new crochet hook due to dumb me left the one I was using at home. So I bought the same brand and size hook but the hook did not feel right in my hand so I did not use it at all. When I got home I use the hook that I left behind and it felt so right. so is it just me or am I just crazy.
